Returns are simple . . . just email us at returns@planetarchitecture.com and let us know that you'd like to return your purchase. 
You’ll receive a "return code" from us to send back your item(s).  
After we get the item(s) in reasonable condition back, we'll refund you 100% of your order including the shipping fee.
